SHIPPING - Please allow 3-7 days to process your order and 6-8 days for shipping. Many of our vendors items are made to order. Please allow additional time for custom orders. *Note: Items may ship separately to ensure the quickest arrival for customers.
LOCAL PICK-UP DAYS - We are located in Shelby, MI 49455, West Michigan Area. Once items are in stock an email will be sent to give options for Local pick up times. If you have any questions you can always email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
LOCAL DELIVERY $4.00 - If you live within a 15 mile radius of our local warehouse you qualify for local delivery. Once you enter your shipping address it will give you the local delivery option if you qualify. Once items are in stock delivery will take 1 to 2 days. If items are out of stock at local warehouse it may take up to 10 days to restock.
RETURNS - Contact us within 7-days of receiving the item and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. When we receive the item back we will issue you a store credit code which can be used online or at an event. *We do not give refunds only store credit.
Note: Larger items may require a 10% restocking fee.
DAMAGED - If the item is damaged upon delivery please contact us within 7 days and include a picture so we may resolve the issue.
